For those seeking structure and challenge, Ashtanga yoga offers a dynamic, structured sequence of postures synchronized with breath. These sessions energize the body and discipline the mind, held in the peaceful ambiance of the sea breeze and rising sun.
Vinyasa flows are set to the rhythm of ocean waves, offering a meditative yet invigorating experience. Each class varies with creative sequencing that builds heat, enhances flexibility and improves mental focus.
As the sun sets, unwind with deeply calming Restorative yoga. Using props to support each posture, these sessions promote deep relaxation, nervous system recovery and emotional balance—perfect for letting go and resetting.
Yin classes target the fascia, joints and connective tissues through passive floor-based poses held for 3–7 minutes. With the calming rhythm of the ocean in the background, Yin invites you to slow down, release stored tension and access meditative stillness—ideal for evening practice or recovery days.
